Did I just say that we are adopting?

Yep...that is what I said!  We are adopting again!  God continues to work in amazing ways.  I had shared with Rick that I really had a HUGE desire to be a mommy again.  He quickly told me that he was very content with our three beautiful children.  Needless, to say, we have been praying and praying and praying for a really long time now that God would either soften Ricks heart to adopting again or take away this HUGE desire that I had to adopt again.  This summer, I was blessed to go on a missions trip to Haiti and was able to do orphanage work again.  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE being able to care for, meet the needs and show God's love to all those precious babies!  It completely "fills me up."  About a week after I got back, Rick and I finally had a night alone and were out to dinner when he said that he had something really important that he needed to tell me.  For any of you who know Rick well, I am sure you can picture the tears welling up in his eyes.  Bless his heart, he is one emotional guy!  I was getting a little nervous to tell you the truth...I could not figure out for the life of me what he could possibly have to tell me.  Through tears and a quivering chin he shared with me that he knew without a doubt that there was a child in Haiti that was meant to be a part of our family!  While I was in Haiti, he was following our blog and everyday he would look at the pictures and read what we were doing and God just kept tugging on his heart. Well...anyone who knows me, can only imagine my animated reaction!  I was hootin' and hollerin' and dancing....So...with God's help..here we go again!
